Words banned by Unitarian Jihad Jihad

04.13.05 | Comment?

bubblegum.gifLed by the bootlicking toady Dick Minim, disaffected Unitarians have banded together in a counter-jihad against the Unitarian Jihad (UJ).  In its inaugural fatwa, the Unitarian Jihad Jihad (UJJ) announced its respectful intention to compassionately ban use of the following words and phrases on the grounds that they are insensitive, incontinent, and otherwise in appropriate for use by liberals of delicate dispositions, who alone can be trusted to protect these terms’ truest, fullest meanings (which are, in truth, the only meanings that should ever be attached to them at all).

  • Jihad
  • Fatwa
  • Kosher
  • Nirvana
  • Sacred cow
  • Crusade
  • Bless
  • God
  • Satire
  • Self-critical introspection
  • Sense of humor

In other news, the UJJ declared that all future guffaws, chortles, and snorts be pre-approved by consensus of the committee.

In response, the Unitarian Jihad respectfully issued a compassionately terse statement saying,"So what are you going to do about it?"

Observers report that the UJJ looked at the ground, shuffled its feet, and tabled further discussion, citing the need for further study and the fact that it wears glasses and needed to get home before the street lights turn on.
