It's a service and there's a culture... which has been changed (with astonishing speed, IMO).  It's a service. Not having people cheer for each minister who died... I mean, each minister who retired--no, wait, each one who just got some sort of fellowshiping gold star... seems fine with me.

I'm just glad it's not treated as a graduation ceremony any longer (much as my minister would smite me for that heresy...).</description>
