		<description>It's all about boundaries, isn't it?  IMO good ministers have great boundaries, which cover self care, as well as not taking advantage of congregants.  They let congregants know if they need more time, but they don't make the congregation responsible for their health.  If the congregation doesn't honor their needs (and I expect there are congregations like that), then it's time for the minister to get out -- and let the association know, in the case of UUism.</description>
