No, the cable modem's just spotty period.  (Comcast.)  I hear from folks that satellite access is up and down a lot depending on the weather.  But here in Atlanta, people like to plant trees directly under the power lines, so a good gust of wind can make the power/phone/cable flash off and on.</description>
