		<description>Worked for the Aztecs.  Their legal code was interesting; it held the nobility to a higher standard--at least in regards to being drunk.  I can't recall whether it applied to other things as well, but that general concept seems reasonable, to me.

		<description>Hard to argue that the death penalty in that particular instance would not be a deterrent.  It does seem like a savage way to make a point.</description>
