					<description><![CDATA[We wanted a stop sign at the corner by our church for years.  We asked a number of times.  At one point they told us that someone would have to get killed at the corner to get a stop sign there.  
Eventually, we got them to come out to look at the corner and the traffic, both automobile and pedestrian, that uses our corner: luckily for us, and completely spontaneously, there was a very near accident with a great screeching of brakes at the corner WHILE the inspector was standing there!  We now have a stop sign, and we feel much safer walking across the street there.
