My web radio alternative to Album 88 (which I love but, yeah... kids) would be KCRW out of Santa Monica. They're a public radio station with an even mix of NPR news and original music programming: perfect for my purposes. "Morning Becomes Eclectic" with Nic Harcourt is renowned for breaking new ground; he plays a lot of electronic-tinged Latin music these days, much of it Brazilian, which I adore. But after hearing Danielle rave I'm curious about KEXP...

Must I shout it from the mountaintops? www.kexp.org - a former college station turned indie indie station, out of Seattle. It's my adult version of Album 88 (no gaping silences, dj's who know what they're talking about, good music all of the time, and my burgeoning crush on John in the Morning). I seriously listen every work day.

I tried eMusic but I am not too happy. I can't seem to find many artists. Did you have that problem? It seems that eMusic has only random artists.
