		<description>i don't know if GA represents us, but I sure enjoyed the two GAs I've been to.  We, surprisingly, enjoyed the business meetings most of all.  At least in Boston.  We don't think the new moderator is anywhere near as good as the last one.  
I know people complain that if only the people who go to GA can vote, then we aren't all getting a say -- but what organization is there where we all get a say?  and you can certainly talk to your delegate before GA if you want to give advice on how to vote.</description>
