Short periods of time for planning mean that moms don’t have time to get involved. I wasn’t going to have mints and nuts, but the future mom-in-law asked for ’em so I gave in. I can only assume runaway bride got on the bus cuz she realized the role of dreambride2005 had already been filled.

As I said, it wasn’t a wedding, it was a freakin’ coronation! The bride looked to me like she was on the black coffee and Stairmaster “I’ve Got To Fit Into My Dress” diet for way too long.

Sad, sad sterry.
