It’s not just work though, it’s ambition. At the moment, I’m trying to juggle a full-time job, getting my masters, being in 2 bands, another business on the side, and taking care of 3 cats. It’s hard. But I can’t really say I’d give up any of those things. I think that allowing time for exercise and meditation are key. Luckily yoga is both ;)

What are some things we all do everyday that waste time? The biggest thing for me, I think, is being a perfectionist.
