The the clown trawlers, after having gotten underway long before dawn, return just after noon and the day’s catch is sorted and then loaded into clown cars for delivery to local markets and restaurants.
It’s a popular menu item, so it’s not unusual to warn customers it’s unlikely you’ll find live clown after 10.
I used to enjoy mine with drawn butter, but the damn cholesterol.

The target demographic is “live clown kids.” Apparently they like to eat a dish call “Tuesdays.”
